A rare and exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Administrator, who will also be responsible for the management of the team of front office employees.
Management of all front office employees. Responsibilities will include training and development, recording accurate time-keeping, conduct appraisals / disciplinaries in line with company policies and procedures, delegation of day to day tasks, etc.
Maintain accurate administration systems and suggest ways of improving to become more efficient and robust.
Attend meetings with Partners/Directors to discuss any suggested working improvements or any concerns.
Accurately maintain client databases and in line with GDPR legislation.
Provide excellent customer service and in the rare occurrence of a complaint, handle professionally.
Ensure all front office employees present themselves in a professional manner, whilst offering a friendly service. Also, that they are always aware of the company’s policy and procedures and remain compliant.
Ensure finances (invoicing, payments etc.) are dealt with in a timely manner and in line with company policies and procedures. Also assist with debt recovery that can include County Court debt collections.
Monitor and procure by negotiation office supplies, office furniture and any other supplies associated with the company.
Ensure that all mail is posted prior to last collection and that the Franking Machine is always operational.
Maintain office filing systems, by ensuring that storage complies with GDPR, fire and health and safety regulations.
Ensure that IT systems and equipment are always operational and liaise with service providers/external IT support as and when required. Also ensure all subscriptions are kept up to date
Attend meetings as and when required.
Responsible for the company’s social event calendar.
Organise and schedule webinars.
Provide general support to all visitors
Assist with HR function, such as arranging interviews etc.

Hours: 9.00am – 5.15pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
Benefits: Pension, of which 3% is paid by the company. All relevant training courses undertaken whilst in the role will be covered by the company. Holidays 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.
